Built by engineers and ERP veterans, for manufacturers.
Polymr exists because manufacturing operations still run on email, spreadsheets, and PDFs threaded around ERPs that were never designed for the operational reality of a plant. Our team has shipped infrastructure inside Amazon, Microsoft, and Google, and has 40+ years of hands-on manufacturing ERP work between us. We built the platform we wished existed.
The operations layer is missing.
Every manufacturer we have worked with has an ERP, a CAD pipeline, a supplier inbox, and a half-dozen spreadsheets stitching them together. The team in the middle is senior, expensive, and stuck doing reconciliation work.
Polymr is the layer that does that reconciliation. It connects to the systems you already run, learns how work flows through your plant, and automates the operational tasks that should not require a human keyboard. Buyers stop retyping quotes. Planners stop reconciling spreadsheets. Engineers stop chasing purchasing.
We charge per module on delivery, not upfront. If a module misses its agreed success metric, you pay only 20 percent of the module price.
Engineers, ERP veterans, and operators.
Polymr is built by engineers who shipped production infrastructure at Amazon, Microsoft, and Google, alongside ERP veterans with forty years of hands-on manufacturing implementation work and operators who have lived inside the plants the platform serves.
We are deliberately small. Every engineer ships against real customer data within weeks of joining and spends time on the shop floor where the work actually happens.
Investors who were early in category-defining infrastructure.
Polymr is backed by venture investors with a track record of conviction on early infrastructure. Funds whose portfolios include companies that went on to define how their categories run.
Their bet on Polymr is informed by exposure to the operational reality of large engineering organizations, not surface-level enthusiasm for AI.

Three principles.
How we work, distilled. Every product decision and every customer commitment threads back to one of these.
Build for operators, not committees
The people who use the software every day, buyers, planners, engineers, and shop-floor leads, drive every product decision. If a feature does not survive contact with a real operator, we do not ship it.
Engineer-grade work, no hand-wave
Source-linked, audit-logged, reproducible. Every claim on the website ties back to an artifact, every workflow ties back to a recorded run, every metric ties back to a deployment.
Modular delivery, paid on outcome
We sell modules, not promises. Pay only after a module hits its agreed success metric. If we miss, you pay only 20 percent of the module price.
